Return Policy

Unworn, undamaged merchandise with tags attached can be returned for refund, exchange or store credit if postmarked within 14 days of delivery. Please note that refunds can only be credited back to the original credit card used to make the purchase.

Holiday Gift Return Policy

Holiday gifts purchased between November 16 and December 24, 2011 can be returned for refund, exchange or store credit if postmarked by January 7, 2012. All returned merchandise must be unworn and undamaged, with tags attached. Refunds can only be credited back to the original credit card used to make the purchase. Clearance items

Occasionally we reduce items drastically for clearance. These items are not refundable. Special return policies are clearly specified within the descriptions of these items on our website. (For example, FINAL SALE or EXCHANGE ONLY, etc.)

When will my return be processed?

Returns are processed within 3 business days of arrival in our warehouse.

Shipping Times

UPS ground service-$7 - Will arrive 1-5 business days* after it ships.

UPS 2 business day service- $15- Will arrive 2 business days* after it ships

UPS next business day service-$25 - Will arrive 1 business day* after it ships.

*Saturday and Sunday are not business days for UPS or Must Have Bag. The following holidays are also NOT business days: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day.

Note: This schedule applies to the 48 contiguous United States. To Alaska and Hawaii, the price is $17.50 for UPS ground service, and delivery times vary. Please email service@musthavebag.com for delivery time estimates for these destinations.

How soon will my order be shipped?

Domestic orders - We ship all domestic orders the same or next business day. If you place your order before 2pm EST on a business day, your order will usually ship the same day. If you place your order on the weekend, on a holiday, or after 2pm EST on a business day, it will usually ship the next business day. Pre-orders ship within 24 hours of arrival in our warehouse.

International orders - your order will ship within 1-2 business days of the payment being received.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship anywhere in the world for $30 per package. A signature is required upon delivery for international shipments. Please allow approximately 2 weeks from your original order date for your international shipment to arrive. Expedited service is not available for international shipments, and delivery time is not guaranteed. Our website can process Canadian orders, however, orders from other countries must be processed by email/telephone/paypal. Any and all customs brokerage and duty fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Please contact us for more information.

Price Matching

If you want to purchase a bag from us, but find it in stock on another website for less, please email us a link to the same exact style number and color on the other website, along with any coupon code(s) that apply. In many cases we will offer a price match. (Selected websites only, some restrictions apply.)

Price Adjustments

If the identical style number and color that you purchased is still in stock and available to purchase on our website at a lower price than what you paid within 14 days after your order date, you can email us for a price adjustment.

Special Orders

See something elsewhere by Tano that you simply must have? Email us the style number and color. If Tano has it in stock, we can place a special order for you. Please note that special orders are final sale- no refunds or exchanges.

Gift Cards

Electronic gift cards can be purchased on our website. They are the perfect solution for last minute gifts!

Traditional gift cards can also be purchased on our website and mailed to the purchaser, or directly to the gift recipient.

Please note that both forms of gift cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

Warranty

Should your bag require service after being worn, please email us for instructions. We stand by our products, and we will be happy to repair any hardware or workmanship defects for up to 1 year from the original date of purchase. Should we determine that an item is not repairable, we will replace it with the same item. Please note that accidental damage and/or normal wear and tear (i.e. scratches, stains, aging, etc) is not covered under this warranty.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged when your order is shipped.

Is Must Have Bag a secure site?

Absolutely. Any personal information given to Must Have Bag is fully protected. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any third parties. Our server will secure your personal information with up-to-date firewall and encryption techniques during the ordering process. Our website is PCI compliant. In order to protect our customers to the fullest extent, Must Have Bag does not store your credit card information at any time. To assist you in recognizing secure areas of our website, a small lock icon will appear in the lower right-corner of your web browser. when this icon is present, and in the locked position, you know that information on that page will be secured. Are swatches available of the different leathers/colors?

No, swatches are not available.
